Accurate Batching Facilities

Our batching facilities ensure accurate reproduction is maintained throughout the manufacturing process. To ensure quality is maintained, whether it be for producing plain concrete or the more complex products such as exposed aggregate or cast stone we test and record each element of the process. As a further check samples are taken for test using an independent Nomas approved laboratory.

Cuts Bends and Fabricates

In the steel reinforcement shop we cut, bend and fabricate to fine tolerances working to schedules supplied by customers or from our own design team. The steel reinforcement used is supplied from Cares approved sources further ensuring the highest quality final product is achieved.
