Martin Kay – Managing Director

Martin has been with the company for three years now. Coming from a manufacturing background, with numerous successful business ventures behind him, Martin has taken the mantle of driving our business into the 21st Century.

Martin has stabilised the business and introduced a tiered management structure with clear roles and responsibilities for each team member.

The collaborative approach he has brought to the table is already reaping rewards both within the company, and more importantly, with our customers.

Always approachable and sensitive to the needs of the business, Martin has established himself as the principal head of our company.

Mike Moody – Techinical Manager

Mike has been with the company for five years. In that time Mike has focussed on partnership working with one of his other businesses, Classic Masonry.

Mike has been able to provide the opportunity for customers to have a full service package from manufacture to installation, including in many cases design build option.

Mike has 28 years experience in the construction industry, where he began life as a stonemason. His acquired knowledge in construction services and materials has allowed our company to explore new avenues of applications for our products.

Stuart Hedley – Production Controller

Stuart joined our Company in 2010 on a Graduate Placement and focussed on projects which reduced the carbon footprint of concrete as well as other exciting and innovative ventures.

Stuart impressed the Company so much with his knowledge that he was offered the position of Production Controller when his placement ended.

Stuart is committed to ensuring products continue to reach the high standards set at Bespoke Concrete and that customer delivery timescale requirements are met.

Marilyn Ridley – Financial Administrator

Marilyn has been with Bespoke Concrete since 1997. Involved in all aspects of accounting and financial administration Marilyn has seen the business change with the new administration in 2005. Marilyn provides invaluable support to the Directors and the personnel.

Michelle Walton – Operations Manager

Michelle joined our Company in 2010 and as Operations Manager she is involved in all aspects of marketing, selling and promoting our products as well as overseeing our customer service department.

As Quality Representative Michelle ensures all aspects of our certification for ISO9001 and Investors in People are continually met as well as assisting in the development of future strategic plans for the operational activity of the company.
